Your First Visit

Your first visit to our office will consist of a few things:

1. There is some paperwork to complete related to the reason for your visit, your insurance benefits, and your past medical history.

2. The doctor will then have a private discussion with you regarding your reason for seeing us, and will go through a complete medical history and physical examination.

3. Occasionally, more information is needed regarding your case, and we will request either X-rays, MRI or other imaging studies.

4. Once all the necessary information has been gathered, the doctor will sit down with you and discuss your findings and describe your treatment options.

Health Insurance, Auto Insurance & Worker's Compensation Insurance

• We accept all motor-vehicle and worker’s compensation insurance.

• Our doctors and massage therapists also accept other types of insurance that have varying coverage for chiropractic treatment.

• When calling our office for an appointment, please have your insurance information ready.

• We do all insurance billing for our patients, reducing your own paperwork and eliminating confusion.

• Because health insurance can be so complicated, we make an effort to explain and guide our patients through the process. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask us!
